On Sunday, June 8, Somewhere Nowhere NYC presents Flow State Wellness from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Join NYC-based yoga instructor and founder of Flow State Wellness, Alyssa Bruno, for a summer rooftop experience that blends movement, mindfulness, and community. This 3-hour wellness event includes:

🧘‍♀️ A 45-minute vinyasa flow — 30 minutes of energizing movement followed by a 15-minute sound bowl wind down.

🌇 A stunning indoor rooftop setting at Somewhere Nowhere NYC, with skyline views and summer energy.

🧺 Yoga mats provided by Stakt Mats.

✨ In-person wellness activations including Not So Sweet Co serving healthy iced hot cocoa and Haystack Acupuncture offering on-site ear seeding.

🎁 Plus, a wellness-themed goodie bag filled with fun surprises to take home.
