Do I need to be a dancer to join this?

Not at all! This is about freedom of expression, not performance. There’s no choreography or “right” way to move. Just bring your body and let it guide you. Beginners are absolutely welcome.

Do I need to keep my camera on?

Not at all! You’re welcome to have your camera on or off. We want you to feel safe, supported, and fully present in your experience.

What exactly is a “movement meditation”?

It’s a practice that combines intuitive movement with mindfulness. We’ll guide you to tune into your body, breath, and inner rhythm to move in a way that feels natural and healing—like meditation in motion.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfy that you can move freely in—yoga clothes, flowy pants, or even pajamas! This is your time to feel free and at ease.

What if I feel self-conscious?

That’s totally normal. Many people do at first. But once the music starts and you drop into your body, those worries tend to melt away. We create a judgment-free zone where you can just be you.

Will there be guidance or is it all freestyle?

You’ll be gently guided through grounding, breathwork, and somatic prompts to help you ease into the movement. Then, the music will take over, and you’ll follow your own inner rhythm.

Can I participate if I’m sitting or have limited mobility?

Yes! Movement looks different for everyone. You can dance seated, lying down, or standing—whatever feels good for your body. This practice is about presence, not performance.

Do I need any special equipment?

Nope. Just a device to connect to Google Meet (Google Meet App), a space where you can move a bit (even a small room works!), water to stay hydrated, and maybe a yoga mat or cushion for grounding.

What kind of music do you play?

Our playlists blend global rhythms, downtempo beats, nature sounds, and music that moves the soul—curated to support emotional release, joy, and flow.
