You will experience the healing power of yoga, meditation, visualisation and a restorative sound bath to cultivate peace of mind and reconnect with your body. You will have the space to reflect on the previous year and set meaningful intentions that support you to thrive.
What to expect:
- all-levels, beginner-friendly heart opening yoga flow
- pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation and visualisation
- soothing and immersive sound bath
- space for reflection & authentic connection
This practice is open to all, whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for some time. No previous experience needed.
