This class blends dynamic vinyasa sequences with deep, targeted stretches that unlock mobility, increase flexibility, and create the long, strong lines dancers need. You’ll warm the body, open the hips, lengthen the spine, and restore the muscles you push hardest in Fly routines—so you move with more power, more fluidity, and zero tightness holding you back. Flow & Restore is the secret weapon that keeps dancers flexible, injury-resistant, and performing at their absolute best.

Bio: Yogi Raven has been practicing yoga since she was sixteen and teaching since 2009. A former studio owner and longtime instructor, she has led a wide variety of classes, workshops, and transformational practices over the years. Blending the wisdom of traditional yoga with modern, intuitive teaching, Raven creates classes that open the body, elevate mobility, and activate deeper alignment within every practitioner.
