She has studied extensively in India and Australia under the close guidance of her teachers, immersing herself in the discipline, philosophy, and lifestyle of this sacred art form. Kalaripayattu, often referred to as the “Mother of All Martial Arts,” is not only a physical practice but also a spiritual path that fosters discipline, devotion, and a deep connection with one's inner power.
