Join us from the comfort of your home for a soul-nourishing journey inspired by the spirit of Moana—a story of courage, inner knowing, and the call to return home to yourself. Through intention setting, guided journaling, yoga, and meditation, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your inner voice and the strength that’s always been within you.

This class is designed to support you in activating your core power, opening your heart, and grounding into your truth. Expect mindful movement focused on core activation, heart openers, and breath-centered grounding, followed by a guided ocean visualization meditation to awaken clarity and trust in your intuition.

You’ll leave feeling centered, empowered, and more aligned with your purpose—like a wayfinder charting your course with confidence and clarity.

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can move freely and feel at ease

  • Bring a blanket or pillow for added comfort during meditation
  • Keep water nearby to stay hydrated
  • Optional: light a candle, play soft ocean sounds, or bring in personal items (like crystals or totems) to create a calming atmosphere

This experience is open to all levels—no yoga or meditation experience required. Just bring your breath, your heart, and your curiosity.
