Any personal yoga props (blankets, mat, blocks, straps, pillows etc.).This session is focused on rest so make sure you brings things that make you comfortable!!
Comfortable workout clothing

Fortunately, we will be providing yoga mats. Attendees without a mat will not have difficulty in this session!
