What should I bring to the event?

Please bring: Any personal yoga props (blankets, mat, blocks, straps, pillows etc.).This session is focused on rest so make sure you brings things that make you comfortable!! Comfortable workout clothing

What happens if I forget my yoga mat or props?

No worries, we have a few extra clean mats that can be used as needed!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the session to check in and set up your space.

Is this event suitable for beginners?

Yes, the session is designed to accommodate all levels, including beginners.

Will there be refreshments?

Absolutley! Light refreshments will be available!
