Flow and Let Go is a 3-hour Sunday morning experience designed to nourish your body, free your mind, and connect you to a like-minded tribe. This isn't your average wellness event... it's raving meets ice bath therapy meets childlike play, outside in the sun, all before lunch.

Whether you're a wellness enthusiast, a sober raver, or just someone who wants to start their Sunday with presence and play, attending our pilot event is for you.

NOTE: By attending the pilot, you will recieve a fully compensated ticket to our public launch event in July. If you can't attend that, you will be able to cash it in at any of our other events this year.

🔥 What to Expect:

10:00 – 1:00pm | Ice Baths + Live DJ + Incredible Local Vendors

Let go of the week with immersive sound, deep drops, and cold plunges. Dance, connect, or simply chill, all whilst enjoying some of Lisbon's local drink vendors.

Important... We will be closing the entrance at 11am, so please come on time.

• Letting go shouldn’t require alcohol or a 2am finish: We're here to redefine release... conscious, sober, and still wildly fun.
  
• Raving resets the soul: Music and movement can be medicine. But not everyone wants a hangover. Here’s your hard reset, minus the comedown.
  
• Three hours, then the beach: Start your Sunday with intention, community, and freedom, and still have the rest of the day to explore, nap, or hit the coast.
  
• No masks. Just full expression: You don’t have to perform here. Come as you are. We’re all figuring life out one day at a time. Let’s drop the roles and enjoy the absurd beauty of being alive.
  
• Childlike joy is sacred: Play, sweat, laugh, plunge, dance. You don’t need a reason to reconnect with your inner child.
