Get the best of both worlds in this half vinyasa and half yin class. Begin with a mindful flow of movements to build strength and warmth followed by longer held poses to help increase flexibility and mobility and let go of the week.
- Expect a few sun salutations or a creative and accessible flow of poses (Vinyasa portion) combined with a slower paced, longer held set of poses for some deep stretching (Yin portion).
- All Levels Welcome. Props are always encouraged but are optional.
- Props to consider for your practice include: yoga blocks or heavy thick books, a blanket or towel that can easily be rolled up, and/or a strap or scarf.
