"Our mission is to nurture a counterculture of beauty—a culture that is liturgically-centered and thus, ordered to the Divine. Beyond merely reviving tradition, we seek to imbue future generations with a love for and an education in the practice of sacred music. Floriani is a Catholic men’s choral and teaching ensemble. Forming a symbiotic relationship of research, teaching, and performance, they aim to foster and preserve the great heritage of Christian music in the East and the West. Believing in the transformative power of this music, they see it as an evangelical tool to bring souls to Jesus Christ, both in the context of the liturgy and beyond.

The ensemble’s dedication to this mission has earned them acclaim from critics and clergy alike, including being praised for their “sublime sound” and having the privilege of performing for the Apostolic Nuncio to the United States.

The historic architecture and reverent atmosphere of Sacred Heart Church provide a uniquely fitting environment for this music to be heard as it was intended. This evening is an opportunity to hear timeless works performed with exceptional skill and deep spiritual commitment.

The concert will start at 6:30pm and last approximately 90 minutes with an intermission.

This event is generously being offered by Sacred Heart Church with a suggested donation of $25. Please reserve your ticket to ensure a seat for this special performance.

In addition to the evening performance, Floriani will provide the music for a sung choral Mass at Noon at Sacred Heart earlier that day. All are welcome.
