Join us for a relaxing Sound Bath Meditation with Wellness Professional, Kerry Marraffino benefitting you and your overall sense of well being! Get comfortable, close your eyes and open your ears as you become "bathed" in sound waves emanating from crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and more. The healing frequencies and vibrations will wash away your stress, tension and cares. Time is truly suspended as you enter a unique world of vibration, sensation and experience.

What Do I Need to Bring?

Bring a pillow. LIGHT blanket will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing. Shorts work well as you may get wet from the knees down.

How long does the sound bath last?

1 hour once Kerry begins playing.

What is a Sound Bath Meditation?

It is not an actual bath with water but you will be floating in a pool on a sturdy cloud bed. It is called a sound bath because the sound from the crystal bowls will bathe your body with their vibrations and sounds.

What happens if it rains?

This is an outdoor event. If it rains you will be given the option for a refund/credit or we can move the event inside.

What Happens if I am Late?

In order to respect our other guests you will not be able to attend the event if you arrive late. Please arrive a few minutes early or on time.
