Can my child attend?

Children aged 13 to 17 require a parent or guardian’s presence at this event, which involves lying still for an hour. Please ensure that you bring only those who are interested in this event and feel comfortable in such an environment.

Will I get wet?

You will remain dry on your float the entire time. Although you will not be in the water we do ask you to sign a waver saying that you have basic water skills in the pool.

What can I expect?

You’ll be set on a raft and float on the water, immersed in a watery soundscape that reflects the environment you’re in. Throughout your experience, you’ll also hear deep meditative sounds created by Lara, guiding you into a state of meditation while surrounded by water.
