Arrive 10min early to get set up & be ready to immerse yourself in absolute bliss. You will have the choice of a low floating hammock or you rest on the floor with a designated mat.
We will start with a guided meditation and then you will be bathed in vibrations to wash over you, taking you on a journey of awaking the soul & deep relaxation.
A mix of crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, wind chimes, ocean drum & nut percussions will help you release what no longer serves you and promote a sense of peace.
What to bring with you:
- Wear comfortable clothing. Loose fitting is better. Please no zips, belts or buckles as they can damage the hammocks.
- Bring a water bottle for hydration.
- Pack a blanket, small pillow & eye mask. You may wish to bring a journal to capture your experience and thoughts afterwards.
A few tips for you:
- No experience is needed - just an open mind to welcome pure bliss.
- Arrive early so you have time to settle in & get comfortable.
- Have a light meal beforehand.
- Avoid caffeine or stimulants a few hours prior.
- Sharing your experience with others afterwards is a great way to welcome community.
