Float & Flow: A River Daytreat for Women

Kickoff Event for the “Women, Water, and Wellness” Series

Presented by Eadem Arbor x Clark Fork Yacht Club

Sunday, August 31st | 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.-ish

Clark Fork Yacht Club | Ages 21+ | Limited to 25 participants

Join us for Float & Flow, the kickoff to our Women, Water, and Wellness series — a joyful, riverside experience created for those who identify as women to connect, move, and build community on the water.

We’re thrilled to partner with the Clark Fork Yacht Club to bring you a two-part summer experience: a serene float on the Clark Fork River with a gentle yoga flow along the riverbanks. Whether you’re new to floating or are a river regular, this is your chance to unplug, move freely, and flow with intention.

This is an event that specifically for people who identify as women.

What to Bring:

• Sunscreen

• Swimsuit or movement-friendly attire

• Change of clothes & towel (lockers and car storage available)

• Sunglasses & river shoes (old sneakers or strapped sandals recommended)

• A beverage for the float (NA or alcoholic — please note: alcohol should not be consumed before or during yoga)

What’s Provided:

• Tubes (courtesy of Clark Fork Yacht Club)

• Lockers & waterproof bags (these are availabe for purchase)

• A post-float gathering space with refreshments and connection

Please Note:

• This is a 21+ event

• The float will take approximately 3 hours, depending on the river level

Only 25 spots available — please RSVP ASAP to secure your place

We’ll close out the afternoon with a chance to sip, laugh, and relax together after the flow. Whether you stay for the full experience or just the float, this is an invitation to embrace water, movement, and community in one nourishing afternoon.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own tube?

No, your tube with bill provided via CFYC

What should I wear bring

Comfortable River Attire. A bathing suit is fine. Shorts, top, river shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses. A dry bag, a towel, and a dry change of clothes for afterwards.

Where do I park?

You will park your car around the Clark Fork Yacht Club and you will leave your car as CFYC will shuttle us up the river and we will get out of the river in downtown Missoula by the headquarters of CFYC where we leave our vehicles.

Do I need to bring a Yoga mat?

We will be flowing on the shoreline in the sand so we will not need yoga mats. However, if you would like to bring a towel in substitute for a mat you can do so.

Is this event just for women?

The women water and wellness series is created for all people who identify as women.
