About 4 1/2 years ago, Vicky packed her bags, left California and headed to Jackson, MS to create her real estate investing empire. Things didn’t go as planned at all. Due to a series of unfortunate events, Vicky ended up homeless in Jackson with only $500 to her name. To survive, she had to get really creative and do "whatever it takes (WIT)!"

Today, only a few short years later, she has 3 companies, over 100 single family homes and 5 multi-family complexes. She has done over 1000 transactions and over 72 million in Real Estate. The system she created not only enabled helped her survive, but it helped her thrive faster than she ever thought possible!
