The most important thing is to bring a journal or notebook and a writing utensil as we do much journaling and written reflection and introspection here. You also want to bring water, as much of the class has quite a lot of movement.

What do I need to wear?

This is a shoes off kind of environment, just so you know. And you may want to wear layers, as we rotate between a lot of movement and then sitting still in meditation or reflection.

How do I mentally prepare for a lab?

Think about how you want to utilize FlightPath. Do you want to gain clarity on your life in general? Or do you have certain predicaments you are working through? Also this is an excellent space to work out questions about a deep creative project that requires a lot of introspection.
