Online Training Schedule

4 days, 4 hours per day from 9am - 1pm CST

TIME: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (main session) and 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (participants work on their use case)

This workshop uses a light-weight approach that enables successful collaboration and true, cross-functional agile interactions between teams, departments, and silos working on products and services. Learn how to define effective work outcomes and translate those into action.

Pre Requisites

Each participant in this workshop must have completed the online self-paced Flight Levels Introduction (FLIN) workshop. This course covers the foundational elements of the Flight Levels approach. The cost of the FLIN is $79 with my discount. I will send you a discount code to purchase and attend approximately one week prior to the start of the FL2D. The course takes between 3 - 6 hours depending on your pace.

Already done? Perfect! I'll ask you to review some sections approximately one week before the workshop to prepare.
