The Tuesday classes are beginner friendly, offering simple, science-backed stretches to release the core trains of fascia in the body for maximum flexibility enhancement in a short amount of time. You will learn how to breathe, release tension, lessen stiffness, improve range of motion, alignment, and feel better in your daily life.
