Flesh and the Devil is a 1926 American silent romantic drama film directed by Clarence Brown and stars Greta Garbo, John Gilbert, Lars Hanson, and Barbara Kent. Based on the 1894 novel The Undaying Past by German writer Hermann Sudermann, it was released by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer on December 25th, 1926.

In 2006, Flesh and the Devil was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant".
