Join us for a special Community Happy Hour & Open House at the Florida PACE Center in Hialeah! This event brings together social workers, ALF placement professionals, community center leaders, healthcare providers, and others who serve older adults across Miami-Dade.
For over 20 years, Florida PACE Centers has supported our community’s most vulnerable seniors with compassionate, community-based care. Now, we’re opening our doors to those on the front lines — to connect, share ideas, and build relationships that help us better serve our aging population.
