Nothing says the holidays like bubbles in your glass. But sparkling wine isn’t just Champagne — there’s a whole world of fizz to explore!

Join Sommelier Leslee Miller (owner of Sip Better + Amusée) for a festive evening of sparkle, perfect for the holiday season. In this class, we’ll pop bottles from across the globe + discover the many styles of sparkling wine — from the elegant classics to the fresh, fun + festively affordable.

✨ What you’ll sip + learn:

• The difference between Champagne, Cava, Crémant, Prosecco, Sekt + other sparklings.
• Why sparkling wines are the most versatile food pairing wines (yes, even with fried chicken, popcorn + french fries!)
• How bubbles are made (traditional vs. tank method — and why it matters)
• Tips for choosing bottles that impress without breaking the bank
• Oh yeah, we'll also teach you -- which shapes for which grapes in the world of fizz
