Find great opportunities here in the San Francisco Bay Area and make a huge profit! We will tour properties no more than 70% of a property's estimated value after repairs (ARV). These are great opportunities to make hundreds of thousands of dollars! I have been in Real Estate for over 25 years and I have helped many buyers and have flipped a few homes myself!
- We will tour a minimum of 4-5 properties primarily in San Francisco.
- We will learn about the strategies on how to find them and to maximize your investment.
- We will talk about ways that we can fund the loan. Have several sources.
- We will look at properties that are under 1.5 million dollars.
- Example A: Purchase property at $750,000. $130,000 for remodeling, commissions, and closing. Sell at $980,000. Profit $100,000.
- Example B: Purchase property at $1,000,000. $200,000 cost for remodeling, commissions, and closing. Sell at $1,400,000. Profit $200,000.
- Example C: Purchase property at $1,400,000. $300,000 cost for remodeling, commissions, and closing. Sell at $2,000,000. Profit $300,000.
We will meet first at my office at 1653 Irving Street at 10am. Tour should be done by 12pm. We could do Q&As for another hour after.
