This bi-monthy hybird online and in-person class is rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Makko Ho is a graceful sequence of meditative stretches designed to open the body’s energy pathways—the 12 meridians—each aligned with one of the Five Elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water.

Each movement invites balance—between yin and yang, breath and body, effort and ease. As you move, you awaken the organs, release stagnation, and harmonize the rhythms of your inner landscape.

More than exercise, Makko Ho is a ritual of return—to flow, to feeling, to the elemental nature of your being. Whether you're a beginner or seaaasoned practitioner, this event offers a refreshing approach to balancing your mind, body, and spirit.

Class Starts Prompty at 6:05p with 30 mins Five Element Theory(element & meridian awareness) & 50 min Stretch Practice.

Frequently asked questions

Can anyone do Makko Ho?

Yes, all levels are welcome for these stretches. Stretches can be initially challenging however, modifications will be offered and the practice is designed to meet you where you are.

Which classes are virtual and in-person?

The sessions are every 1st Tuesday (VIRTUAL) and last Tuesday (IN-PERSON)

What do I need to bring or wear?

Wear loose fitting comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring water bottle or yoga mat, however both will be available on site.

Can I sign up for more than one session?

Yes! If you sign up for more than 2 session, you get both sessions for $27.50, more than 3 classes, $25 each. Please contact spacesharelab@gmail.com for multi-class rate. Class passes can be used hybrid, virtual and in any order.

Will every class be virtual?

Unfortunately, the first Tuesdays are virtual and the 4th Tuesdays are in-person. We will offer virtual feeds for all classes at the Space Share Lab starting September 2025.
