⭕What to bring
👉You will need to bring a proof of identity like IC, Driving License. If your registered name is different from your proof of identity, do contact us ASAP so we can update them before your arrival to avoid any confusion or delay.
👉If you have Yoga Mat, bring along if you don't have, not to worry just be careful when in class. We have all other required tools and equipment but some drinking water will be good too.
⭕Attire
If you don't have Yoga Attire, comfy sports attire with long leggings is good.

⭕Take Note
👉We have strict NO ENTRY if you are late for 15 minutes or more as you have just miss a proper warm up and this can increase the chances of injuries.
👉Remember to remove any jewellery or pointed fashion accessories before arrival as they can cause skin injuries and danger to fellow classmate and instructor. If the jewellery or fashion accessories are deemed too dangerous, we will need to remove them before class.
💌💌Since this will be your first time, come with open heart as it can be a little different from workout your done before but don't worry too much and practice at your own pace and let you body prepare for it. We are pretty sure Inversion is new to you.
