Come join us at Denver Pain Relief Center (DPRC) on December 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM for an info session designed specifically for women 50 and over.

This event will introduce our 12-week small-group “Fit Over 50” program—created to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence with expert coaching and real community support.

During the session, you’ll:

  • Learn how strength training supports bone health, joint health, and longevity in peri-, post-, and post-menopause.
  • Get practical guidance on nutrition for energy and muscle recovery.
  • Hear exactly what’s included in the 12-week program (structure, schedule, and types of workouts).
  • Meet the coaches who will be with you every step of the way.
  • Have time for Q&A so you can ask about your specific goals, concerns, or limitations.
  • Learn about other services offered at DPRC to support your health as you age
