*HIIT classes and Yoga Flow are free to the public but participants must register at check-in and receive a wristband to participate.

Are there restrooms?

Yes

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

You may, however we will also have mats available for attendees.

If I'm attending HIIT class, do I need to bring anything?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing you would workout in and bringing a water bottle.

Are dogs allowed?

We love pets—especially the gym mascot Luna—but no pets are allowed at Fit Fest due to noise and movement. Thank you for your understanding!

How much does it cost to join a HIIT or yoga class?

HIIT and yoga class participation is $10.
