About this event

Food & Drink • Food

For a healthy protein source, the Mediterranean way of eating recommends eating 2 to 3 servings of fish per week. During this hands-on class, you’ll add 3 techniques to your fish cookery toolkit. We’ll marinate and sear for yummy fish tacos and cook a variation of en papillote (on poppy-yote), Mediterranean salmon packets in foil. We’ll whip up tartar sauce to serve with potato-crusted fish that is baked.
