NEW's workshops provide guidance for first-time homebuyers. If you are serious about buying a home and building wealth, we can help! Our workshops provide a detailed step-by-step process to help you achieve your goals of homeownership.

Ready to take the next step toward owning a home? Join NEW Economics for Women, a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, for an empowering and educational seminar designed to guide you through the homebuying process from start to keys.
Our certified housing counselors and lender partners will cover:

• Understanding credit and affordability
• Down payment assistance and grant programs
• Step-by-step preparation for homeownership

The workshop will be IN-PERSON and this is our English version (we offer both however we want to make sure people know which one to attend)!
