First Time Homebuyer Workshop 6/09 & 6/16 (2 Days) English

This virtual class is 2 sessions, 4 hours each, and is offered via Microsoft Teams. The class link will be emailed upon registration. June 9 & 16 from 5 pm to 9 pm.

You ONLY need to register for the first date, then you will be automatically added to the second date. Registration fee is per individual. One set of educational materials per registration, that is, per family member.

UF/IFAS Extension Orange County is a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling agency. The homebuyer workshop meets the education requirements for down payment assistance programs. You must complete both sessions to receive the certificate of completion. Participants will be mailed a certificate of completion at the end of the workshop after all class requirements are met. Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If the class is canceled, you will receive a notification confirmation in the e-mail that is provided during the registration process.
