Two local industry experts will be co-hosting this class. Amy Trim is a 28 year lending veteran who shows per passion for both numbers and educating people in teaching homebuyer classes for the last 24 years. Kathleen Facey is a Realtor on a mission to help people realize their real estate dreams.

How long is the class certificate good for?

The certificate of completion that you'll receive at the end of class is good for 2 years and you'll give that to a loan officer. It'll satisfy any homebuyer education requirement on both first time homebuyer loans as well as the down payment assistance program.
