What do you need to get pre-approved for a mortgage?

You need 2 year pay stubs, 2 year tax returns and an applicable credit score for the financial institution you are using. Other documents may also be requested.

Yes! After taking the 1st time home buyer class you are eligible for the home advantage program which assists you with your down payment.
