First Friday Community Dinner at First Parish in Brookline
Join us from 6pm to 8pm for a delightful evening of food and community at First Parish in Brookline! All are welcome. There is no charge. Come as you are. You do not even need a ticket. Just show up.
Our First Friday Community Dinner is a fantastic opportunity to make new friends and to have an uplifting experience in a relaxed and caring setting.
You are welcome at First Parish no matter your religion, your race, your gender, your sexuality, your national origin, your ability, your wealth or your age.
We provide a safe and beautiful space for families and children that includes childcare & lightly supervised activities for children.
We provide a delicious community meal including refreshments, main courses, deserts and vegetarian options.
We usually have a theme for each event. These themes are often focused on upholding values such as justice, equity, compassion, respect for the inherent worth and dignity of every person, the democratic process, and the interconnected web of all existence.
We often sing some simple songs and have table conversation about our chosen themes.
Every community dinner is different. We hope they are all novel and interesting events.
Events are organized and supplied by volunteers in our community.
First Parish in Brookline is a Unitarian Universalist Congregation.
