Yoga Flow (45mins)

After checking in, guests can place their mat where they will be led in a intentional and aligning yoga flow matching the week's theme ending in a meditation.

Shop & Sip (15-20mins)

Following the yoga flow, guests are free to explore The Love U Collective's chakra-inspired home and body care. Additional food and drinks can be purchased at 2nd Star Tavern.

Closing Ritual (5mins)
