FindYourFit Expo 2025: It's a 901 Wellness Link Up

FindYourFit is a community-focused fitness and wellness event designed to promote a healthier and more active lifestyle through engaging activities, workshops, and networking opportunities.

The event will be held on September 13th, 2025 at location will be at the Pine Lake Pavilion located close to Woodland Discovery Playground.

The event is open to individuals aged 18 and older and welcomes all fitness levels. Attendees under 16 are not permitted, and those who are 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 21 or older.

Activities include group workouts: HIIT,Core,Zumba,Plyometrics and fun fitness challenges, panel Q&As on building a fitness community.

We recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, a yoga mat and any personal fitness equipment you might want to use. Don't forget your enthusiasm and energy!

No, there will be a variety of healthy food and drink options available for purchase from our vendors.
