Finding Your Voice for Enhanced Expression and Joy

This workshop will explore the connections between the physical body and vocal and creative expression.

You’ll learn how to let go of unnecessary bracing and tension in the body to create greater personal empowerment and expression.

The day will include a series of gentle, mindful movement exercises, guided attention, vocal explorations, and plenty of time for reflection, journaling, and discussion. We will also have a lunch break where you could walk around the property or find a place to sit in silence and practice sensing/perceiving your body.

Participants will leave with an enhanced sense of physical grounding, coordination, and integration that embodies confidence, empowerment, freedom, flexibility, and creativity.
