A Morning Retreat for Women

RESTORE is a morning retreat for renewal—a sanctuary to lay down what you’ve been carrying as a woman and to reconnect to your own stillness, strength, and light. In a world that asks women, especially mothers and daughters, to hold so much, this experience offers a pause for the Sacred Feminine: a few hours to be supported, to move intuitively, to rest, and to remember what it feels like to be present for you.

As the pace of the holidays quickens, this mini-retreat invites you to slow down, refuel, and realign—exhaling what no longer serves you and inhaling what you need to return to your center with presence, joy, and ease. Together with Kristin Rae Cecchi and practitioner Michelle Van Haas, you’ll explore the sacred feminine through embodied movement and guided reflection. We will end with breathwork and a Soundbath journey with Dante Baker designed to restore clarity and calm to the nervous system.

You will end this retreat ready to face the challenges that lie ahead with renewed energy and grounded presence.

Movement, Reflection, Journaling & Meditation with Michelle Van Haas
A grounding and heart-centered practice weaving mindful movement, breath, and mantra to awaken inner awareness. Through her intuitive guidance, Michelle helps participants release tension and find presence. We realign through self care and compassion so we can show up and be our best.

Breathwork & Soundbath Journey with Dante Baker
A deeply restorative Soundbath and breathwork experience that brings the nervous system into balance and the mind into stillness. Dante’s harmonic soundscape of crystal bowls, gongs, and deep frequencies promotes relaxation, clarity, and coherence—guiding you into a meditative state where the body can truly rest and repair.

RESTORE & TRANSFORM calls us to tap into our biorhythms and begin again our days ahead in rhythm with our authentic self. We will use the morning energy for a feminine reset.

Each element of this morning sequence supports regulation, coherence, and emotional regulation to prevent cognitive dissonance, a common side effect of our chaotic times.

A renowned Soundbath practitioner, holistic health coach, and martial arts instructor, Dante Baker channels ancient frequency medicine through crystal bowls, gongs, and harmonic resonance. His immersive sound experiences recalibrate the nervous system, balance energetic fields, and awaken harmony within—offering both relaxation and renewal for the modern mind and body.
