About this event
Finding Your Path is a transformative workshop designed for individuals working toward justice who want to lead with greater clarity, intention, and care. In a time marked by deep uncertainty, constant change, and collective overwhelm, this space offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your values, and make meaning amidst the chaos. Whether you are deepening your community commitments, or seeking grounding in turbulent times, this workshop will guide you in clarifying your role within the broader social change ecosystem. This is not a lecture or "How to" session, it is guided personal reflection, with embodied practice and shared learning. You will explore the following:
1. Clarify Your Path within the Broader Social Change Context
Connect your unique skills, values, and lived experiences to the movements and issues you care most about. You'll leave with a clearer sense of how your gifts contribute to building the infrastructure our communities need for lasting transformation.
2. Enhance Self-Regulation and Resilience through Mindfulness Practices
Learn accessible mindfulness and self-regulation tools to build emotional resilience, navigate uncertainty with intention, and lead from a place of grounded purpose—not burnout.
3. Strengthen and Cultivate Your Circle of Care
Identify and invest in your personal ecosystem of support. You'll reflect on how collective care sustains long-term engagement and begin mapping the relationships that help you thrive.
Whether you're an organizer, educator, healer, artist, or advocate, this space is for you. Join us to pause, reconnect with what matters most, and take powerful next steps on your path forward.
I am keeping this session small to allow for a more intimate and connecting space.
