About this event

Finding Your Path is a transformative workshop designed for individuals working toward justice who want to lead with greater clarity, intention, and care. In a time marked by deep uncertainty, constant change, and collective overwhelm, this space offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your values, and make meaning amidst the chaos. Whether you are deepening your community commitments, or seeking grounding in turbulent times, this workshop will guide you in clarifying your role within the broader social change ecosystem. This is not a lecture or "How to" session, it is guided personal reflection, with embodied practice and shared learning. You will explore the following:

1. Clarify Your Path within the Broader Social Change Context

Connect your unique skills, values, and lived experiences to the movements and issues you care most about. You'll leave with a clearer sense of how your gifts contribute to building the infrastructure our communities need for lasting transformation.

2. Enhance Self-Regulation and Resilience through Mindfulness Practices

Learn accessible mindfulness and self-regulation tools to build emotional resilience.

3. Strengthen and Cultivate Your Circle of Care

Identify and invest in your personal ecosystem of support. You'll reflect on how collective care sustains long-term engagement and begin mapping the relationships that help you thrive.

Whether you're an organizer, educator, healer, artist, or advocate, this space is for you. Join us to pause, reconnect with what matters most, and take powerful next steps on your path forward.

*** I’m thrilled to be partnering with Dr. Jaime Bender, founder of the Integrative Wellness Center, a beautifully renovated wellness center in my neighborhood, to host this in-person session. We will gather outdoors in the orchard area, allowing space for movement and partner sharing. Please bring a blanket or folding chair to sit comfortably. ***

Space is limited. I am keeping this session on the smaller side to allow for a more intimate and connecting space.

What past participants have shared:

  • "Lately I have felt like I am "spinning" - this guided practice came at just the right time for me to ground myself by reflecting on core values, inspiration, and pathways that bring me the greatest joy. It also reminded me of the practices I need to take when I feel a sense of overwhelm, in order to stay in the present. I definitely feel a greater clarity in my path forward!

  • "Andrea is such a sincere and empathetic facilitator and provides a strong set of tools for personal and professional growth. There is an enormous value in setting aside this time for reflection, particularly with such warm and kind facilitation."

  • "This is an expertly designed and facilitated workshop. Andrea has a gift for encouraging self-reflection that helps you identify your values, understand how your path extends through your past and to the future, and then situate yourself within the many pathways of the broader movement infrastructure. I'll be able to revisit these exercises for years to come.

  • "Andrea created such a warm, grounded space that made it easy to open up and truly connect, both with myself and with others. I left the workshop feeling more clear about who I am and inspired by the possibilities of who I can become. Her thoughtful guidance helped me tap into parts of myself I hadn’t fully seen before. Thanks, Andrea! "

  • " Finding Your Path with Andrea was a truly inspiring workshop for me. It gave me the space to really look within myself for answers that fuel my actions both professionally and personally. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the things that were brought to the surface through the journaling prompts that she guided us through. The workshop left me inspired and excited about moving forward with my career and encouraged me to trust my passions, values and skills to guide me in a way that works toward justice."
