Finding Together: CYD’s Community for Job Seekers

Finding Together is a community-driven space for anyone navigating the ups and downs of the job search — students, recent graduates, career changers, professionals in transition, or anyone exploring what’s next.

The purpose of this group is simple: to create a consistent, supportive, and collaborative community where we can learn from each other, share strategies, and build momentum. Everyone brings valuable experience to the table, and together we’ll help each other move forward.

Our first Finding Together session made one thing clear: we don’t need another panel or speaker series — we need each other.

This session, we’re continuing to build the kind of supportive, honest space we all said we wanted — one where job seekers can connect, learn, and grow together. This week’s session will follow a simple framework designed to keep our conversations real and productive:

• Introductions & Check-In – Quick intros and how everyone’s feeling about their search.
• Breakout Discussions – In small groups: what’s working, what’s not, and any “lights” this week.
• Hot Tips Roundtable – Share one helpful resource, strategy, or mindset shift.
• Progress + Accountability Pods – Share one recent win and one goal for next time.
• If Time Remains – Open floor for tips, leads, or a quick mini mastermind.

This is a space to connect, reflect, and build together.
