Finding The Calm Within: A Nervous System Renewal Practice is a one-of-a-kind experience created to help you unwind and restore balance. In this immersive evening, I’ll gently lead you through a series of intentional practices designed to reset your nervous system and guide you back to a place of inner peace.

In a world that feels increasingly uncertain and filled with distressing news, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. The constant exposure to negativity can heighten anxiety, raise blood pressure, and throw your nervous system out of alignment. This ceremony offers a soothing sanctuary—an opportunity to step away from the noise and reconnect with the present moment.

You’ll be invited to indulge in deep relaxation through guided breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and a grounding body scan meditation to help you reconnect with your physical self. We’ll close with a gentle Reiki healing session to support emotional release and energetic balance. By the end of the evening, you’ll leave feeling more centered, calm, and grounded—better equipped to face the world with clarity and steadiness.

What to Expect:

1. Welcome & Introduction – 15-20 minutes

Brief overview of the event
Discussion on how stress affects the body

2. Deep Breathing Exercises – 10-15 minutes

Guided conscious breathing to relax and center youself

3. Guided Meditation – 20 minutes

Visualization-based meditation
Focus on inner peace, grounding, and heart-opening to prepare for Reiki

4. Reiki Energy Healing – 30 minutes

Quiet, soothing environment with calming music during Reiki treatment

5. Integration & Reflective Conversation – 10 minutes

Open floor for sharing thoughts, emotions, and insights


What to Bring:

Yoga mats will be provided, but I highly recommend you bring anything that helps you feel more comfortable – like a blanket, pillow, cushion or towell. You might also want to bring a journal for jotting down thoughts that come up after your session, some water to stay hydrated and anything else that helps you feel comfortable and at ease.
