Natalie Wieder, VP, Category Management @ Thrive Market
Natalie is Vice President of Category Management at Thrive Market. With a unique blend of category and product and engineering management experience, Natalie captains the e-tailer’s Category Management teams across the entire portfolio of hyper-curated, high-quality selection.
As a seasoned business and product leader, Natalie recently spent eight years at Amazon in a variety of businesses, including Amazon Fresh, Health and Personal Care, Amazon Pharmacy, Private Brands, and Amazon’s Baby Registry and Parent Experience. Before Amazon, she held strategy roles at Boeing Commercial Airplanes after graduating from Columbia Business School. She resides in Bend, Oregon, where she is the President of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Museum of Central Oregon and finds joy in being outdoors with her family.
Heather Brand, Associate Director, Perishables @ Thrive Market
Heather is the Associate Director of Perishables at Thrive Market, where she leads the Frozen Foods, Meat & Seafood, and Fresh categories. Since launching Thrive’s Frozen program in 2021, she has built it into a multi-million-dollar business from the ground up, now overseeing a team that partners with hundreds of brands to deliver innovative, high-quality, and sustainable products for Thrive’s 1.7 million members
Thuy Nguyen, Senior Category Manager @ Thrive Market
Thuy is a Senior Category Manager at Thrive Market. She joined the company in 2022 to launch Thrive’s Fresh grocery pilot and now oversees both the Frozen and Fresh category. With over 15 years of experience in the food industry, nine of those in e-commerce grocery, Thuy is passionate about shaping thoughtful, sustainable categories that make better food more accessible and championing new and emerging brands!
Brooke Butler, Senior Category Manager @ Thrive Market
Brooke is a Senior Category Manager at Thrive Market, where she leads the Babies & Kids, Pet and Home categories, overseeing strategy, negotiations, and performance for more than 120 brands. Brooke joined Thrive Market from BJ's Wholesale Club, where she held leadership roles in Dry Grocery, Retail Operations and Perishables, advancing her team's innovation principles & elevating collaboration with the supplier community. Prior to that, she informed assortment strategies at Whole Foods Market. Today, she's expanding Thrive Market's selection of trusted, high-quality products, helping members make confident, better-for-you, choices for every member of the family.
Anna Wristen, Category Manager @ Thrive Market
Anna is a Category Manager at Thrive Market, overseeing Snacks categories. She joined Thrive last year and brings over 10 years of Natural/Organic Grocery experience! She has loved diving into the world of Snack innovation, discovering emerging trends, and partnering with brands on first-to-market and exclusive launches. Anna is passionate about building exciting, better-for-you snack assortments that bring value to Thrive members and support mission-driven brands.
