With Dr. Bhaswati Bhattacharya and Lea Kraemer

This 8-hour workshop will teach you how the wise sages of ayurveda developed strong minds to conquer the devastations of life and the unexpected challenges.

We will move into work that explores the deeper you.

Finding your self and looking within using compassion, presence, and the tools of awareness, we will explore what many wisdom traditions have used to ground the mind and what yoga and ayurveda can offer to your inner sense of being.

You will gain confidence through the clarity and depth of wisdom in ayurveda led by our medical doctor, Bhaswati Bhattacharya MD PhD.

Youl will be introduced to practical yogic tools to shift your awareness to Live Your Best Life with Lea, our Lead Yoga therapist.

The serene learning experience and space will be provided but do remember to bring your water bottle.

Certificates of participation will be distributed for those who complete the workshop. Come learn, listen and Live.
