Improv Secret: We want to know who you and your scene partner are to each other at the top of a scene, but who’s the doctor and who’s the patient doesn’t matter yet.
It’s more important to show a connection than describe it. And it’s a lot easier—and more interesting—to watch characters explore feelings and dynamics than it is to see generic doctor quiz a generic patient about their symptoms
In this session, we’ll learn and practice techniques to initiate, heighten, and uncover relationships between characters. There will be handouts.
