If your business isn’t profitable, it’s more than just a setback — it can quickly become an expensive hobby. This 4-part online course is designed to help business owners take a close look at their financial health and uncover clear, actionable ways to improve their bottom line. Whether you're just getting started or have been in business for years, these sessions will guide you through the core drivers of profitability and show you how to make smarter financial decisions that lead to long-term success.

Each 90-minute session dives into a specific focus area:

Class 1 (Aug 6): Fundamentals of Financial Health

Get a clear picture of where your business stands financially. You’ll learn how to measure your current profitability, set realistic profit goals, and determine whether your business model is built for sustainable growth.

Class 2 (Aug 13): Managing Expenses

Explore how to control costs without compromising quality. This session covers cost of goods sold, fixed and administrative expenses, and how to manage debt effectively so you can increase your profit margins.

Class 3 (Aug 20): Optimizing Your Top Line

Revenue growth doesn’t happen by accident. Learn how to evaluate your pricing strategy, strengthen and balance your revenue streams, and build a sales approach that actually works for your business.

Class 4 (Aug 27): Boosting Operational Efficiency

Discover how to streamline your day-to-day operations. From improving internal processes and inventory management to leveraging technology as a productivity tool, this session will help you get more done with less.

Join us every Wednesday from August 6 to August 27, from 12:00–1:30 PM PT via Zoom. Led by instructor Lisa Napolitano, this course offers straightforward strategies to help you build a healthier, more profitable business.
