Let's face it, living in this world is difficult right now. And it's easy to fall into despair. Do you ever wonder how you can break out of the pull of negativity and find Joy from within?

Join us for an evening of spiritual inspiration and practical tips for Finding Joy in Challenging Times. You'll get to hear a special talk by Nayaswami Pranaba from Ananda Worldwide where you'll learn:

  • How to recognize the signs you're falling into negativity
  • What you can do to break out of the downward cycle
  • How to find Joy within and share positivity with those around you Based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, this talk will give you hope and also tools that you can build in your daily life. Together we'll share light refreshments, build community and you'll go home with a free book!

About the speaker:

Nayaswami Pranaba is one of Ananda's most widely traveled and experienced teachers, having meditated for over 52 years,and offering classes and workshops in meditation and yoga for the past 46 years. He has helped to create and direct Ananda centers in Palo Alto, Portland, Seattle, Dallas, and Assisi, Italy.
