Find Your Meditation Style! (An Interactive Workshop)
Overview
You want to get into meditation, but there are about a million different approaches. How do you choose?
This workshop can help.
We'll cover some of the most popular meditation styles, including breath meditation, mental noting, body scanning, lovingkindness, and "do nothing" meditation.
For each style, we'll explore what makes it unique, how to practice it, and who it's a good fit for. We'll also try them out through short, guided meditations.
By the end of the workshop, you'll be ready to pick a practice and get started.
Like all our events, this workshop is free and donation-based.
(Actually, taking donations is a headache - it's just free!)
