For a beautiful start to the new year, join us to:
- Bring beauty and light to the surface
- Engage in mindfulness and self-compassion practice
- Journal and reflect
- Explore archetypal symbolism
- Make meaningful connections
During Winter's shorter days, and especially in these challenging times for our global village, it can be easy to lose sight of the light that still exists.
After all, our brains are evolutionarily wired to notice threats in our environment. And yet our emotional wellbeing depends on our ability to see and feel the beauty all around us.
This doesn't mean disregarding the darkness. We can rewire ourselves to find the light while also acknowledging what’s difficult.
We need to do both in order to feel safe.
And we need to feel safe in order to: take care of ourselves, take care of others, express our creativity, experience joy, and everything else!
It helps to gather, connect with others, and bring beauty to the center of our attention.
This is not a "positive vibes only" space. It's a "bring your full self" space. A space to make meaning, tap into something deeper, and allow yourself to see more light.
Grab a cup of tea and join us for inspiration and connection in the new year!
