Finance Fundamentals

This workshop is designed for emerging nonprofits and organizations preparing to transition from a fiscal sponsor. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of nonprofit accounting principles and practical tools to effectively manage their finances. Topics include choosing between accrual and cash accounting methods, setting up scalable accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, and learning how to read and interpret key financial statements to make informed organizational decisions.
