Over the past 10 years thousands of people have come through “The Final Judgment” resulting in over 4000 salvations. We invite you to join us again this year for our presentation of the “The Final Judgment” entitled “Hurricane Central". This year’s story will address the issue of alcoholism and how God has the power to transform lives. The drama will be based on the true story of Leon Everette who was a famous country singer in the 80’s. He signed with RCA records and had 11 top ten hits and 1 number one record in the country charts. He was also nominated for new male vocalist of the year, had one of the biggest selling records of the year and sang all over the world. He has sung at the Grand Ole Opry and even became an early spokesman for the popular soft drink, Mello Yellow, when it first came out. Over time, all of the money, fortune and fame that Leon acquired could not satisfy him, so something had to change in his life. When he met Jesus, he found that change he was longing for. That was the day Jack Daniels met John 3:16. On the last Sunday, November 9, Leon Everette will be sharing his life changing testimony and singing some of his Gospel songs during the 11am service . The Final Judgment is a walk-through drama where you visit different scenes in a family's life ending at Judgment Day, Hell and then Heaven. This event is totally FREE so make plans to attend! We do ask, if possible, if you could bring one canned good when you come to our Final Judgment presentation as a gift to our food pantry which feeds many hungry people in Robeson County. If you cannot bring a canned good, come anyhow because it’s not mandatory.
